Lovely Staff! Bought my dress!
I visited this shop with my daughter during her search for her perfect wedding dress and quite frankly was disappointed bordering on disgusted by the attitude of the blonde lady who served us. My daughter wished to wear the very definitely white veil I wore when I got married and made it very clear to this woman that she didn't want anything other than a pure white (as opposed to ivory) dress and was happy to order a dress in white if she found a style she liked. The range of dresses in the shop wasn't vast but my daughter did find a few to try on, out of these there was one that we both quite liked and asked if it was available in white and what the price to order it would be. The lady we were with (Carol, the owner) seemed determined to sell us this very definitely ivory dress off the peg and when my daughter said she needed white to match the veil she wanted to wear was made to feel like her wishes counted for nothing and that all this woman wanted was a sale as opposed to a happy bride. When my daughter repeated that if she was going to have this dress as her wedding gown she wanted to place an order for it in white Carol became very offhand and rather rude to the point of verging on bullying in her attitude towards us, even saying that no-one would notice that the veil was white, and the dress wasn't! We left without ordering and subsequently my daughter found her perfect dress in a much larger and more welcoming boutique where nothing was too much trouble for the owner and staff. Several of my daughters friends are recently engaged and some have had equally as horrible experiences in this shop, avoid at all costs.

Picking my dress up this weekend to get married Thursday... they couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. A lovely shop in a little village. The lady in there that has been helping me is so friendly made me feel at ease thank you to you all!!!
Bought my wedding dress here got say was on impulse just called in and staff was fab thanks 2 the lady who helped me think her name was mishelle. I went 4 a coffee 2 think about it but lady had gone home when went back so big thankyou 4 all your help
